OPTIVER

This brief demanded something slick, unexpected,re-watchable and a little bit quirky with enough hidden depth that you’d catch something new in every frame.

Directed by Aidan Gibbons, the approach was to give each film its own identity and message using CG and VFX. CG gave us complete control over timing, animation and camera movement in a way that live action couldn’t have. We were able to create rich and detailed worlds by bringing together existing model libraries to inspire our own environment. We animated CG humans with motion capture to be able to easily populate the scene without tying us down.
